Keep listing-specific buyer and seller conversations in one private thread.
TRADES creates a private thread tied to a storefront item or SaleTrail listing. Guests may begin a conversation with a reply email; signed-in members use their account identity. Notifications do not include private message content.
Use TRADES for questions about condition, measurements, pickup, shipping, seller policies, and availability. Do not share passwords or full payment credentials. TRADES is buyer–seller communication—not ThriftRunner administration. For account, platform, safety, or checkout support, create an Administration Hub ticket.
