SaleTrail: yard and estate sale listings
A SaleTrail listing shows its street address, sale dates and times, and description to people browsing nearby. By posting, you confirm that you control the property or have permission to hold the sale there and make the address public for that purpose. Visitors must respect the listed hours, the people and property at the address, private or closed areas, and any request to leave. Use ordinary care when hosting or visiting an in-person sale. ThriftRunner does not host the sale, control the property, or guarantee a listing, visitor, item, or transaction.
SaleTrail uses the address, dates, times, description, and map coordinates you submit to publish the sale, show it to nearby visitors, and plan routes. The active listing is automatically removed and permanently deleted from ThriftRunner's live listing database after its listed end time. We do not require an account to post it. Limited security records or protected backups may remain for their normal retention period, and information already sent to a mapping provider or saved by another person is governed by that provider's practices or that person's actions.
If you choose "Use my location" or plan a route, ThriftRunner uses your browser location to find nearby sales and build the route you request. Route and address information may be sent to mapping services that provide geocoding, route planning, or navigation. You can decline browser location permission and choose not to use these tools.
No illegal or dangerous items
Do not offer anything illegal, recalled, prohibited, unsafe, or intended to harm another person.
Community reporting
Report suspected violations through ThriftRunner’s community-reporting tools. ThriftRunner will review reports in good faith and respond with care. Reporting tools are not currently available.
Basic platform terms
Account access may be limited or ended when an account is no longer in good standing or these terms are violated. ThriftRunner is not a party to transactions between individual buyers and sellers.
Terms notice: Complete account, termination, transaction, liability, dispute, privacy, and jurisdiction terms will be published before enrollment opens.
